Everitt F. Binns, Ph.D.

Ev has served on the boards of MKBC and HCSC for decades. He spent twenty years at Penn State as Dean of Students across three different Commonwealth Campuses. As the Director of the Eastern PA EMS Council, he managed all emergency medical services and pre-hospital care in Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, Carbon, and Monroe counties for over two decades. He also held the position of EMS Chief at Grandview Health.
